Returns & Exchange
We take great pride in the in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. Attention to design, finish, and materials is our priority.
Each Bellezza Decor piece is hand made, and slight imperfections of the natural marble and shell adds character to each item, but we understand there may be a reason to return or exchange an item.
Please inspect your purchase immediately upon delivery. We inspect every piece of merchandise before it leaves our store or warehouse. In the unlikely event that your merchandise is damaged in transit, defective or item(s) received is incorrect, please contact us at email@example.com within Three (3) days of receipt. We will contact you to exchange or replace damaged items.
In stock items normally ship within 24-48 hours after an order has been placed. Once it has shipped, cancellation is not possible.
Our returns policy is valid as long as we receive the merchandise back no later than 30 days from the day you received your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
If you wish to return an item(s) please package the item(s) in original packaging, Include a copy of your invoice and send to:

You will be responsible for outbound, return shipping and delivery charges and these are non-refundable. A traceable return shipping method is required (FedEx, UPS, DHL etc)
Most returns will process in approximately 2–3 weeks, depending on your method of return. Additional processing delays may occur.
Once your returned item(s) has been received and inspected, you will receive an e-mail confirmation of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, a refund will be issued on the same credit card that was used to make the original purchase. An e-mail confirmation will be sent once we have processed your credit.
